About
COA
The
Cromwell Outboard Association Inc. was founded in 1959 in Cromwell Ct by
a group of local boatmen, and other interested persons, for the purpose of
forming an association to in-mate and regulate better boating facilities, on a
certain parcel of land on River road owned by the town of Cromwell.

Any
Cromwell resident who enjoys boating can contact Commodore for an application.
Out of
town applicants are welcome to apply by downloading a membership form at COA Membership form and

Out of town membership is subject
to a waiting list. Out of town membership is based
on club by-law Article 2, Section 4 which states: "At least 60% of
the membership must consist of local residents".
